Wellbeing inspired group coaching

RISE into Wellbeing.
Response | Intention | Service | Evolution

With a focus on mind-body-spirit you will increase your emotional intelligence and learn to respond to life with more ease, live intentionally guided by your core values, and reconnect with your purpose igniting your spirit to be of more service to others. All the while you will be evolving into a better version of yourself.

Our RISE 12-month group coaching program focuses on the interaction of mind-body-spirit. In these coaching sessions you will interact in a safe space of 5 peers and your coach. Each session includes a Wellbeing learning (mind-body-spirit), group exercise/brainstorm and coaching. You will set and achieve goals with the support of your group, and learn to coach in the process.

Following a research-backed GROUP coaching model, the coach inspires the group to commit to goals that increase wellbeing and are motivating for the individual, and peers provide support and encouragement to each other. There are many benefits to group coaching but one of the greatest is the sense of community and support that is created by a group of people with similar experiences, yet differing perspectives.

Contact us below and let us know which group you are interested in joining. We are excited for you to RISE into wellbeing and experience the transformation.

In the safe company of people with shared experiences, yet differing perspectives, participants of group coaching have increased:1

The Group Coaching Process is similar, yet different to One-One Coaching:

SIMILAR
  • Each individual receives coaching
  • Inspiring visions are created
  • Individual goals are drafted
  • Actions/micro steps are reviewed & discussed
  • Support is provided
  • Progress is celebrated
  • Accountability is provided
  • Safe/Inclusive space for growth is honored
  • Learning & Growth abounds
DIFFERENT
  • Wellbeing is the overarching goal for the peer group
  • Each session covers a wellbeing (mind-body-spirit) topic
  • Support is provided by the Coach and  the Peer group and a sense of Community is developed
  • Ideas and perspectives are multiplied with a group of peers
  • Active engagement in the 'GROUP' coaching process develops the important skill of asking powerful questions
  • Reflective listening skills are developed as you actively engage in the coaching process
  • A group brainstorm is introduced in each session specific to the groups’ shared experience
