As a meditation instructor I will teach you how to reconnect with your true nature, find stillness, and reclaim your peace of mind. 

Primordial Sound Meditation, revived by Dr. Deepak Chopra in concert with other Vedic Scholars, is a mantra-based meditation technique. Practiced silently, this method of meditation can bring you to deeper levels of stillness than other common forms of meditation.  

This time in stillness and restful awareness is what brings about the myriad of benefits we see across the mind-body-spirit spectrum.

Meditation originated in India over 5,000 years ago as a practice to connect with the Divine, and today is regularly recommended by doctors to treat a host of health complications.  

Science shows that a consistent meditation practice can improve weight control, reverse chronic illness and cognitive decline, decrease stress and anxiety, and increase happiness. The benefits are countless across mind, body, and spirit.  

In the workplace, meditation increases focus, creativity, active-listening, compassion, and purpose, all of which lead to increased productivity. 

Meditation is a proven practice to take the mind from activity to stillness, rewiring the brain (neuroplasticity) to think with more clarity, make better decisions and allow room for more creativity. With meditation we reduce stress and find inner peace.

Your Unique Mantra

It’s unique because your mantra is calculated by the lunar cycle and the exact time and place of your birth. The Vedics believed that the sound, or vibration the universe was making as we entered the world, is the same vibration that brings us back to the “non-local” or spirit domain. Reconnecting with this vibration is pivotal to your practice. 

Your mantra (an instrument of the mind), repeated silently, will guide you to deeper levels of stillness where you can connect with your true-self, pure awareness, joy, bliss and love.

Meet Megan

Megan is a Chopra Institute Certified Meditation Instructor. She is also a 200-hour Certified Yoga Teacher, and Board-Certified Health & Wellness coach (NBC-HWC). Her passion for wellbeing started in her early 20’s when she was diagnosed with her own chronic illness. After graduating from Cornell University with a MA in Labor Relations she spent twenty years working at some of the world's largest companies in Human Resources, and now focuses solely on increasing wellbeing for individuals and corporations through training and coaching.
